Guidelines for Full Paper Submission for ICCC-2025 Conference Proceedings
Authors who wish to have their full paper included in the ICCC-2025 Conference Proceedings (which will be published with an ISBN) must adhere to the following guidelines:
Formatting and Submission Requirements
To ensure uniformity and professionalism in the ICCC-2025 conference proceedings, all authors whose papers are marked as Accepted are requested to update their full paper using the specified template.
Submission Notes for Full Papers
- Updates: Authors are encouraged to update their full paper submissions under the same paper ID. This approach helps maintain continuity and streamlines the review and organization process. Please refrain from creating separate submissions for revised versions.
- Deadline: Full Paper Submission Deadline is 20 December 2024.
Plagiarism Check and Copyright Submission Guidelines
- Plagiarism Verification: All submitted papers will undergo a plagiarism check. Authors are required to strictly adhere to academic publication ethics to ensure originality and quality.
- Copyright Agreement: Authors must submit a completed copyright agreement form, which will be emailed to them after their registration for the conference is confirmed.
Paper Requirements
- Length: Maximum of six pages (A4 size), including figures, tables, and references.
- Format: MS Word format, 1.5 line spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font.
- Communication: All correspondence will be directed to the main author.
Full Paper Submission Template for ICCC-2025
Authors preparing their full paper submissions for ICCC-2025 must adhere to the following guidelines. Papers that do not comply may be returned for corrections.
Title of the Paper
Enter the title in Title Case (capitalize the first letter of each major word). Use Times New Roman, font size 14pt, bold, and center-aligned. The title should not exceed 15 words for uniformity.
Author Information
Include the full name(s), affiliation(s) (department, institution, city, and country), and email address(es) of all authors. Clearly indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide their email and phone number for communication.
Abstract
Include a concise abstract of 250–300 words summarizing the study. Use Times New Roman, font size 12pt, single-line spacing, and justified alignment. At the end of the abstract, include 3–5 relevant keywords to highlight key concepts.
Main Text
Use Times New Roman, font size 12pt, 1.5 line spacing, and justified alignment. Organize the paper into the following sections:
- Introduction: Provide background and objectives (300–500 words).
- Methodology: Describe methods clearly and concisely.
- Results: Present findings with supporting data.
- Discussion: Analyze the implications of the results.
- Conclusion: Summarize key insights and contributions.
- References: Follow the citation style as specified.
Use bold font for main headings and italics for subheadings, both aligned to the left. Include figures, tables, and equations as appropriate:
- Figures: Place captions below the figures, formatted in Times New Roman, 10pt.

References
Use a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE, or as specified in the 'Call for Papers'). List all references in a separate section at the end of the paper. Ensure in-text citations match the reference list format:
- For APA: (Author, Year).
- For IEEE: [1], [2], etc.
Use reference management tools (e.g., EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley) to maintain accuracy and consistency.
