Registration & Payment Details

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for it to appear in the conference proceedings. Authors presenting multiple papers will receive a discount if they register using the same name and email ID. Co-authors must register and pay the full registration fee to attend and receive a presentation certificate.

Registration Fees

  1. Registration for SNDT Women’s University Students: INR 1000
  2. Registration for Non-SNDT Students:INR 1500
  3. Registration for Professionals/Faculty (Non-Student Category): INR 3000
  4. Foreign Delegates: $100

Registration Fee Includes

  1. GST at the applicable rate
  2. Conference kit
  3. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and high tea/coffee (16th January 2025 - 18th January 2025)

Once the payment is completed, participants must submit their payment details through the designated Google Form/Web Form link that will be emailed to all registered participants.

Steps to Complete the Payment Process:

  1. Transfer the registration fee to the above bank account.
  2. Note down the transaction details (e.g., transaction ID, date, amount).
  3. Fill out the Google Form/Web Form link sent to your email, providing:
    • Name in Full (Prof./Dr./Mr./Ms.)
    • Designation
    • Name and Address of the Organization
    • Address for Correspondence
    • Mobile Number
    • Email ID
    • Registration Category (select one):
      • SNDT Women’s University Student
      • Non-SNDT Student
