Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that ICCC 2025 needs to cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fees. However, we shall not be held responsible for any other costs incurred by the attendee, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Event Changes
ICCC 2025 reserves the right to make changes to the conference schedule, venue, speakers, or content if necessary. No refunds will be provided in cases of minor changes, but attendees will be notified as soon as possible of any major changes.
