Joining this amazing team has very much changed my work concept for the better. The team’s strong understanding of advanced weather forecasting and its associated data has enhanced forecasting capabilities in such a way that extreme weather can be addressed using creative and environmentally-sustainable concepts. As a part of the team, we have seen the true definition of solving the problem of climate change; applying real-time data, state of the art tools and new technologies has made the otherwise debilitating task very easy. As much as this was largely about success in terms of technology, what struck me the most was their ability towards excellent detail orientation, such as being able to actively anticipate for needs and deliver without fail. Despite of these achievements which in one way or the other enhance on your experience, I really consider myself lucky to be involved in such meaningful work, and there is no doubt that everyone willing to advance in this field would gladly welcome working with them. I feel immense gratitude to be part of such impactful work, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone eager to grow in this field to collaborate with them.
