Submission Options
- Authors can submit a Abstract by 30 November 2024 for immediate review.
- Authors who submit an Abstract must submit their Full Paper by 16 December 2024 to ensure inclusion in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN..
Important Notes
- Abstracts or full papers will be accepted for review.
- Only full papers are eligible for publication in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
- Final full papers must be submitted no later than 16 December 2024.

Guidelines for Submission
Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts should provide a comprehensive summary of the research and sufficient detail to allow the review committee to evaluate its quality and relevance.
- Length: Max 300 words.
- Format:
- MS Word document.
- 1.5 line spacing.
- Font: 12pt Times New Roman.
- Structure:
- Title: Clear and concise.
- Authors: Full names, affiliations, and contact details.
- Abstract: A summary of the research (up to 300 words).
- References: APA or IEEE style.
Abstract Submission Process
- Submission Portal: Submit papers through the Microsoft CMT portal.
- Account Creation: Create an account and log in.
- Conference Selection: Select 'International Conference on Climate Change'.
- Role Selection: Choose your role as "Author".
- Upload Abstract: Submit your Abstract in the document format.
Full papers after Abstract submission should also be submitted on the same Microsoft CMT portal.
Important: Ensure all content is final before submission. Revisions will not be allowed after the deadline.
Publication Opportunities
- Accepted full papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
- High-quality papers may be considered for publication in the Journal of the Bombay Natural History Society, which is SCI-listed, SCOPUS, and UGC-CARE indexed.
Registration Information
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for it to appear in the conference proceedings. Authors presenting multiple papers will receive a discount if they register using the same name and email ID. Co-authors must register and pay the full registration fee to attend and receive a presentation certificate.

- Registration for SNDT Women’s University Students: INR 1000
- Registration for Non-SNDT Students: INR 1500
- Registration for Professionals/Faculty (Non-Student Category): INR 3000
- Foreign Delegates: $100

Payment Options
- Cheque/Demand Draft: Payable to "ICCC-2025" at Mumbai
- Online: Send payment details to the Organizing Secretary (Email: organizingsecretary@iccc2025.sndt.ac.in)
- Selected Paper Authors: Receive payment details via email. Use UPI or online transfer and send a receipt to the Organizing Secretary.
