Full Paper Submission Guidelines
We invite submissions of original, unpublished work for the International Conference on Climate Change 2025 (ICCC2025). Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure your paper complies with the required standards.
Submission Options
- Authors can submit a full paper by 30 November 2024 for immediate review.
- If a full paper is not ready by this date, authors may submit an Abstract by 30 November 2024.
○ Authors who submit an abstract must submit their final full paper by 16 December 2024 to ensure inclusion in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN.

1. Submission Categories
Faculty members, research scholars, and scientists from India and abroad are invited to submit original, unpublished research relevant to the conference topics. Submissions should provide novel perspectives within the conference's scope. Literature reviews or survey papers will only be considered if they offer new insights, redefine the field, or highlight exciting new technologies or research areas.
2. Paper Requirements
- Length: : Maximum of six pages (A4 size), including figures, tables, and references.
- Format: MS Word format, 1.5 line spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font.
- Communication: All correspondence will be directed to the main author.
3. Paper Structure
- Title: Clear and concise title.
- Abstract: No more than 200 words, providing a summary of the paper.
- Keywords: 3-5 keywords related to the topic of climate change.
- Introduction: Discusses the research problem, background, and objective.
- Methodology: Explanation of the research methods used.
- Results and Discussion: Presents the outcomes of the research.
- Conclusion: Highlights the contributions and possible future research.
- References: Must follow the IEEE Manuscript Document Template
4. Plagiarism Policy
All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using professional software. The similarity index must not exceed 20%, and violations may result in rejection. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work.
5. Submission Process
- All papers must be submitted through the online submission system by the deadline.
- Authors should create an account and upload the paper in Document format.
- Revisions will not be allowed after the submission deadline, so ensure all content is final before submission.
Manuscript Submission
- Create your account in Microsoft CMT using link https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/
- Select the conference a International Conference on Climate change at Chandrapur .
- Select your role as author and submit your paper using CMT.
6. Peer Review Process
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review, where neither the reviewers are aware of the authors nor the authors are aware of the reviewers.
- All submitted papers will undergo peer review prior to acceptance.
- Final acceptance of papers will depend on peer review by the technical committee.
- At least one author of selected papers must register to present the paper in conference.
7. Copyright and Publication
- All peer-reviewed papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding with ISBN. Selected high-quality papers will be published in a the Journal of the Bombay Natural History Society (JBNHS), indexed in SCOPUS and UGC-CARE (Print ISSN: 0006-6982, Online ISSN: 2454-1095).

- Early Bird Registration Deadline: 15th December 2024
- Early Bird Registration Deadline: 22nd December 2024
